A propos du poste
Join a leading and innovative medical device manufacturer specializing in arthroplasty, reconstruction, and revision products. As we launch an ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive market expansion and manage key accounts within the UK territory.
Missions principales
- Drive the promotion of the full product portfolio across your assigned UK territory.
- Execute strategic growth objectives to strengthen market presence and capture new opportunities.
- Manage and nurture key accounts to ensure long-term partnership success.
- Provide expert clinical support during surgeries, assisting hospital staff and operating room teams as required.
- Maintain meticulous records of client contacts, prospects, and market intelligence.
- Coordinate with Regional Managers for clinical support requirements and collaborate with Clinical Specialists for post-sales excellence.
- Liaise with Customer Service to manage short-term supply needs and long-term consignment stock management.
- Report critical market feedback and post-market surveillance data to the company.
Profil recherché
- Proven track record of success in orthopedic sales and operating room support within the medical device sector.
- 4 to 5 years of direct experience in orthopedic sales.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proven autonomy in managing a large sales territory.
- Full UK driving license (preferably clean).
- University degree or medical qualification is highly desirable.
Competences requises
- Expertise in Orthopedic Medical Devices & Arthroplasty.
- Advanced Clinical Support in Operating Room environments.
- Strategic Account Management & Business Development.
- Excellent communication and professional presentation skills.
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management.
