Senior Buyer – Wine Subscription (London/Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑driven Senior Buyer to join a fast‑growing wine subscription business in London. You will own a significant buying budget, shape the product offering and drive exclusive product development while ensuring strong commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Source exciting wine and related products for the subscription portfolio.
• Build and manage supplier relationships, negotiating the best commercial terms.
• Develop exclusive products and collaborations to differentiate the offering.
• Own the commercial performance of your category, monitoring margins, stock levels and product range optimisation.
• Maintain healthy inventory and drive continued customer engagement.

Required profile

• Previous buying experience in FMCG, grocery, beverage or a fast‑paced eCommerce environment.
• Confident negotiator with strong supplier relationship management skills and commercial acumen.
• Proven track record of managing commercial performance, including margin and stock optimisation.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and deliver results.
