Senior C# Developer – Liquidity (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior C# Developer to join a leading banking client’s Front Office technology team in London. The role focuses on Liquidity, XVA and Financial Resource Management, bridging business stakeholders and engineering teams while supporting a migration to an event‑driven architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Front Office users, Product Owners, Architects and Software Engineers to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Support Agile delivery, including backlog refinement, sprint planning and UAT activities.
• Drive process improvements to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within cost and quality targets.
• Work with engineering teams on modernisation initiatives, AI‑enabled development and event‑driven platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst within Investment Banking or Global Markets.
• Strong hands‑on C#/.NET background enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.
• Experience with service‑oriented and event‑driven architectures.
• Good understanding of MS SQL and modern DevOps practices.
• Practical experience using Large Language Models, Agentic AI and AI‑assisted software engineering.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced Front Office environment.
