Senior Care Assistant – Bank (Flexible Part‑Time)

About the role
This is a casual, part‑time bank position offering flexible working within a Barchester care home. You will support residents’ needs, uphold person‑centred care, and help create a warm, welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
- Support the clinical team in areas such as medication administration, assessments, care plans, or care reviews.
- Deliver high‑quality, dignified care that respects each resident’s preferences.
- Provide cover for staff absences, including annual leave and sick leave.
Required profile
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
- Warm‑hearted, compassionate, and committed to individualized resident support.
