Senior Care Assistant

About the role

Audley Care, a well‑established community care organisation based at the luxury Audley Mote Park, is seeking a Senior Care Assistant. The role involves working between the office (or from home) and the community to support and guide our carers. This is a nine‑month fixed‑term contract covering maternity leave.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a high‑level care service, including personal, social and housekeeping support.
• Supervise a team of Home Care Assistants, providing assistance as needed.
• Ensure service delivery complies with all Audley policies, procedures and practices.
• Provide in‑house training to care assistants when required.
• Sign off competence for developing Personal Care Assistants and uphold Audley behaviours.
• Support the introduction of new clients and the expansion of services into new areas.
• Carry out duties assigned by the Registered Manager.

Required profile

• Ability to inspire, mentor and develop a team of carers.
• Passion for delivering high‑standard care compliant with relevant policies.
• Willingness to engage in marketing and PR activities to strengthen Audley’s reputation.
• Hold an NVQ Level 3 or Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or be working towards it).
• At least one year of experience in a domiciliary care environment.
• Full driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
