Senior Casualty/Liability Claims Technician – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Casualty/Liability Claims Technician to work remotely from the UK. In this senior position you will investigate employer and public liability claims, assess legal and policy exposure, and produce clear reports that meet client service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and, where appropriate, settle casualty and liability claims across the United Kingdom.
• Assess legal and policy liability, calculate quantum, and gather supporting evidence.
• Prepare detailed written recommendations and reports for clients.
• Maintain compliance with client requirements and industry regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling casualty and liability claims, preferably in employer and public liability sectors.
• Strong analytical and investigative abilities with attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of UK liability legislation and policy wording.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent written communication skills.
