Senior Central Support Team Lead (Remote)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Senior Central Support Team Lead to drive the delivery of program and operational support across its Managed Service Provider (MSP) business. This remote position will lead a central support team, ensuring service level agreements are met while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Central Support Team, including recruitment, performance reviews, development and succession planning.
• Collaborate with HR to align training and development with business strategy and employment legislation.
• Lead projects and initiatives that improve service delivery, process flows, task instructions and training materials.
• Ensure SLA compliance for onboarding, recruitment and other client‑facing activities.
• Develop deep knowledge of procurement tools used in KellyOCG’s MSP solution and provide first‑line technology support.
• Analyse data, conduct research and solve problems to streamline activities and meet program support needs.
