Eden Rose is seeking a senior Chartered Financial Planner to join its growing wealth‑management team in Marlow. The role offers a hybrid working model and a competitive salary package, allowing you to work with affluent clients while benefiting from a supportive pod structure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide holistic financial planning advice to high‑net‑worth and affluent clients.
• Manage and develop long‑term client relationships, delivering solutions across pensions, investments, retirement, tax and estate planning.
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated paraplanner and client administrator.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking and professional introducers.
• Maintain rigorous regulatory and compliance standards.
• Ensure an outstanding client experience from initial meeting through ongoing service.

Required profile

• Chartered Financial Planner status (essential).
• Proven experience advising affluent and high‑net‑worth clients.
• Strong technical knowledge of financial planning, pensions, investments and tax.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to generate new business while delivering high‑quality service.

• Salary £80k‑£100k per year, dependent on experience.
