Senior Client Advisor – Corporate Account Manager

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Client Advisor to manage a portfolio of mid‑corporate and large corporate insurance clients. The role involves providing true advisory support, handling the full client life‑cycle, and working in a hybrid model with two days in the Swindon office each week.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full client life‑cycle for mid‑corporate and large corporate accounts.
- Prepare submissions, risk presentations and renewal documentation.
- Negotiate terms and premiums with insurers.
- Obtain alternative quotations where appropriate.
- Liaise with insurers on policy queries and documentation.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an Insurance Account Handler, Account Manager or Client Advisor.
- Experience working with commercial/corporate clients.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets.
- Professional qualifications such as Cert CII, Dip CII or ACII are desirable but not essential.
