Senior Client Delivery Manager (Fluent French)

About the role

This senior client delivery role sits at the heart of sees.ai’s expansion into Europe. You will bridge cutting‑edge inspection technology with energy‑grid operators, ensuring the seamless rollout of data‑collection services across the UK, France and other territories.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of the sees.ai service for strategic customers from implementation through to business‑as‑usual operations.
• Act as the primary day‑to‑day contact for key client stakeholders, coordinating with commercial and technical teams.
• Run customer meetings, workshops and reviews in both French and English.
• Collaborate with the Client Delivery Lead to develop and scale delivery processes supporting international growth.
• Provide feedback from customers to inform product development of proprietary UAS, ground‑control, and software solutions.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written French and English.
• Proven experience managing complex delivery projects for infrastructure or energy‑sector clients.
• Strong understanding of data‑collection technologies and regulatory environments in the UK and Europe.
• Willingness to travel regularly to France and occasionally across Europe.
