Senior Client Insights Lead

About the role

As a Senior Client Insights Lead you will translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for senior leaders of top law firms. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of insights, from client onboarding through to final presentation, helping firms understand performance, market position and growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Convert client requirements into data‑driven insights and actionable recommendations.
• Manage client onboarding, set expectations and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality reports.
• Design and maintain scalable reporting templates for diverse audience personas.
• Brief junior analysts, review their work and iterate content to meet client needs.
• Produce market‑level thought‑leadership reports showcasing Chambers data.
• Contribute to product development and present insights at webinars and industry events.

Required profile

• Commercial focus with a strong customer‑centric mindset.
• Deep understanding of the legal industry and law‑firm decision‑making dynamics.
• Proven ability to turn data into storytelling and actionable outcomes.
• Experience working with talent data and engagement metrics.
