Senior Client Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Client Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of accounting, tax and advisory engagements for a growing chartered accountancy firm in Truro. You will shape the role to match your experience while driving high‑quality service delivery and supporting team development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of compliance, year‑end accounts and tax services for corporate, SME and not‑for‑profit clients.
• Provide strategic advice on planning, advisory projects and wider tax matters.
• Oversee and ensure the quality of audit and assurance work where applicable.
• Mentor, develop and lead a team of accountants, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Identify and pursue business‑development opportunities to expand the firm’s service line.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Significant experience within a UK accountancy practice, having progressed to a Client Manager or Senior Manager level.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering multi‑disciplinary services.
• Motivation to grow within a dynamic, independent firm.
