About the role
The Senior Client Operations Associate will join a fast‑growing investment manager in London, working within a high‑performing client services team. The role is hybrid, combining office collaboration with occasional remote work, and focuses on delivering accurate, efficient service to advisers, investors and institutions.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily workflow and act as the first point of escalation for client‑related issues.
- Review and check work completed by junior team members to ensure quality and compliance.
- Support onboarding, transfers, dealing and other operational processes.
- Manage reconciliations and guarantee regulatory compliance.
- Produce client‑facing and internal reports.
- Identify and drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Required profile
- Strong experience in investment operations or client services.
- Confidence reviewing and “checking” junior work.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable taking ownership.
- Clear leadership potential and interest in developing into a supervisory role.
