Senior Client Relationship Manager

About the role

The Senior Client Relationship Manager will oversee a portfolio of pension administration‑only clients, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring the success of Isio’s delivery model. This 12‑month fixed‑term position offers a hybrid work style and is based in Manchester.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow a portfolio of pensions admin‑only clients.
• Provide line‑management for the client relationship support team.
• Build strong partnerships with senior client stakeholders.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal teams using multiple channels.
• Develop new client propositions and improve existing services.
• Oversee transformation projects, installations and solution implementations.
• Present pension administration and technology outcomes to varied audiences.
• Implement and maintain risk‑management and governance frameworks.
• Offer technical advice to colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Use data and management information to support decision‑making.
• Provide project and operational management support to meet client expectations.
• Ensure compliance with operational, financial and legislative governance.
• Maintain commercial reporting, portfolio information and account records.

Required profile

• Proven track record in risk management and business acumen.
• Strong client leadership and partnership experience.
• Ability to identify commercial growth opportunities within the pensions sector.
• Financial acumen, negotiation skills and P&L management experience.
• Excellent presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Project management leadership with experience in solutions implementation and transformation.
• Pragmatic, analytical and results‑oriented mindset.
