Senior Client Services Administrator – Wealth Management

About the role

As the senior member of the client services team within a growing St. James's Place Wealth Management practice near Dartford, you will deliver high‑quality support to financial advisers and their clients while mentoring junior colleagues. The role offers a clear pathway toward a future management position as the business expands.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate, efficient client services administration across the practice.
• Support financial advisers with comprehensive administrative tasks.
• Manage client review processes from preparation to completion.
• Process new business applications and ongoing service requests.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client records, including CFR updates.
• Act as the senior point of contact for the administration team, offering guidance and support.
• Drive operational efficiency and uphold service standards during growth.
• Help improve internal processes and workflows.

Required profile

• Previous experience within a St. James's Place practice (essential).
• 3‑5 years in financial services administration or client services.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a busy environment.
• Ambitious, motivated to progress into management.
• RO qualifications not required – full study support provided.
