Senior Client Services Specialist - Employee Benefits

About the role

Everywhen Employee Benefits, part of the Ardonagh Advisory Group, is looking for a Senior Client Services Specialist to join its growing team. The role is fully remote, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with no evenings or weekends. It suits an experienced customer service professional who wants to deliver exceptional client service and support colleagues to succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for day-to-day queries from clients, consultants and insurers by phone and email
• Support policy renewals and new business proactively, meeting agreed SLAs
• Manage an assigned client portfolio, including invoicing, accounts, claims, underwriting and administration
• Prepare draft client reports for renewals and new business requests
• Keep client records up to date in the Policy Administration System
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with FCA, Consumer Duty and data protection requirements
• Support the Team Manager with delegation, mentoring and training, and occasionally take part in interviews
• Own referrals and escalations, and identify improvements to processes and service delivery

Required profile

• Customer service experience in financial services or insurance (minimum 3 years)
• Group Risk, Healthcare or Employee Benefits experience (minimum 3 years)
• Strong organisation and time management, and excellent communication with clients and insurers
• Attention to detail, ownership of work and a positive, flexible team player
• Previous employee benefits experience is highly desirable

• Microsoft Office (essential)
• IF7 or GR1 qualifications are desirable but not essential
