Senior Cluster Revenue Manager

About the role

We are recruiting for an established hospitality business that needs a Senior Cluster Revenue Manager to lead revenue strategy across a portfolio of hotels in London. Working closely with senior commercial leaders, you will drive pricing, forecasting and inventory decisions to maximise revenue performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue strategies for multiple properties.
• Monitor demand, booking pace and market trends to identify revenue opportunities.
• Produce accurate forecasts, budgets and commercial analysis.
• Optimise pricing, inventory and distribution channels.
• Analyse competitor activity and recommend strategic actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations to achieve commercial objectives.
• Support the continuous improvement of revenue processes and best practices.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to colleagues within the commercial team.

Required profile

• Proven revenue management experience in the hospitality sector.
• Experience managing revenue for multiple properties.
• Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
• Commercial awareness and ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive attitude with a passion for driving commercial performance.
