Senior Colleague Communication and Engagement Manager

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level communicator to lead colleague communications and engagement across the Electricity Transmission (ET) business. Based in Warwick with hybrid working and occasional travel to London, you will shape the narrative that brings our purpose, vision and values to life for thousands of employees.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the employee communications strategy for the ET sector.
• Lead a team of communications specialists and partner with senior executives to drive leadership visibility.
• Design, deliver and measure strategic internal campaigns that inspire and inform staff.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across the organisation.
• Provide rapid, clear communication during operational incidents and crisis situations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in employee communication and change management within large, complex organisations.
• Strong leadership ability to motivate and develop internal communications teams.
• Strategic mindset with a track record of delivering major change communication programmes.
• Demonstrated expertise in crisis communications and company‑wide announcements.
