About the role

We are seeking a strategically minded Senior Communications Lead to join a high‑performing organisation in London. The role sits at the core of a growing communications and engagement function, helping to strengthen brand presence, stakeholder engagement and external communications across a diverse portfolio of initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead communications projects and coordinate activity across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Manage digital communications channels, content programmes and engagement activity.
• Develop and deliver content plans that support organisational objectives.
• Produce high‑quality written communications, including articles, case studies, campaign content and stakeholder updates.
• Support events, promotional activities and engagement initiatives.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify and promote success stories and key achievements.
• Monitor performance and evaluate the impact of communications activities.

Required profile

• Experienced communications professional with a senior‑level background.
• Strategic thinker able to shape and deliver communications strategies.
• Proven ability to work at pace in a fast‑moving, complex environment.
• Strong relationship‑building skills across a broad range of stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
