Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager

About the role

The Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager will join a global financial services organisation’s UK & European arm, delivering competitive and compliant reward programmes across multiple European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of compensation cycles, benchmarking and job architecture.
• Oversee design, implementation and ongoing management of employee benefits programmes.
• Partner with HR, Finance and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategy.
• Manage multi‑country compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Strong background in Compensation & Benefits within an international, preferably financial services, environment.
• Deep understanding of UK and European reward structures and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience managing multi‑country programmes.
• Excellent analytical capability and ability to influence stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
