Senior Compliance Manager – EMEA

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a Senior License Compliance Auditor to join its Software License Compliance function in London. The role protects AVEVA’s intellectual property by conducting compliance reviews, managing cases to resolution, and supporting the EMEA compliance team with forecasting and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute compliance reviews, interpreting license agreements to identify gaps and risks.
• Conduct end‑to‑end software license compliance cases, maintaining detailed audit trails and workpapers.
• Oversee external auditors, track cases in Salesforce, and drive case progression while managing multiple open cases.
• Participate in customer‑facing meetings, communicate findings, and collaborate with Legal, Sales, Finance and Operations on case strategy.
• Identify and implement improvements to templates, trackers and playbooks, and support reporting and forecasting of workload.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in compliance auditing, contract/license compliance, legal operations, investigations, risk/compliance or software asset management.
• Strong communication, high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex workstreams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
