Senior Conference Producer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Conference Producer to join Clarion Events’ Defence & Security team. You will shape the programme for DSEI UK – one of the world’s largest B2B defence exhibitions – and other high‑profile defence conferences.

Key responsibilities

• Research market trends, emerging topics and key players to inform event themes.
• Design innovative agendas, session formats and compelling copy.
• Identify, recruit and manage relationships with industry thought‑leaders and speakers.
• Oversee content production, coordinating with marketing, sponsorship, sales and operations.
• Drive creative solutions to make each event unique and memorable.
• Build strategic alliances with UK, NATO, international militaries, government bodies and industry partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience producing large‑scale B2B conferences, preferably in defence or security.
• Strong research and analytical abilities to spot trends and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple internal teams.
• Self‑motivated, creative and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

• Competitive salary £45,000‑£54,000 plus 20% bonus.
