About the role
A global law firm is seeking a Senior Conflicts Analyst to join its Business Acceptance team in London. The role focuses on conflicts analysis and regulatory compliance across the firm’s international network, supporting both UK and US teams.
Key responsibilities
- Support ABA conflicts matters alongside UK Partners and US teams.
- Conduct and review conflicts checks for new client and matter intake.
- Prepare waivers, consents, and engagement documentation.
- Maintain ethical walls and related records.
- Assist with complex conflicts and compliance queries.
- Review new client and matter intake submissions.
Required profile
- Degree educated or equivalent experience.
- Previous ABA conflicts experience in a legal or professional services setting.
- Strong understanding of SRA and ABA regulations.

- Competitive salary between £80,000 and £100,000 per year.
