About the role

Join a nationally recognised commercial law firm as a Senior Associate or Legal Director within its Construction and Commercial Disputes team. You will work on high‑value, complex construction and commercial disputes, providing strategic advice and managing litigation from inception to resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients across development, infrastructure, energy, real estate and broader commercial sectors on contentious construction matters.
• Manage complex litigation, adjudications, arbitrations and other dispute‑resolution processes.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the practice.
• Mentor and develop junior lawyers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Maintain direct client contact and build lasting relationships.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with senior associate or Legal Director experience in construction disputes or commercial litigation.
• Proven track record of handling complex, high‑value contentious matters.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding of construction law.
• Proactive, collaborative approach with a desire to contribute to team strategy.
