Senior Construction Solicitor – £90k‑£120k DOE

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Construction Solicitor to join a top‑50 UK law firm’s market‑leading construction practice. The role focuses on high‑value, contentious construction disputes across public and private sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on disputes arising under standard construction contracts such as JCT and NEC.
• Represent clients in adjudication, litigation, arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
• Manage complex, high‑value matters alongside senior construction specialists.
• Develop and nurture client relationships to support practice growth.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 6 years PQE in contentious construction law.
• Proven experience handling adjudication, litigation and arbitration matters.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent advocacy and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in a regional, national, City or international firm is advantageous.
