Senior Consultancy Manager

About the role

This senior consultancy role sits within a fast‑growing analytics practice serving banks, fintechs and payments firms. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding them from data insights to commercial outcomes across the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end analytics consulting engagements, from problem definition to actionable recommendations.
• Own senior client relationships across banking, fintech and payments organisations.
• Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, commercially focused insights.
• Support business development through proposals, pitches and shaping new opportunities.
• Collaborate with data‑science and analytics teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in analytics or data‑led consulting within financial services, fintech or payments.
• Background in credit‑risk, customer acquisition or ECM environments.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication of technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Understanding of lending products and customer‑lifecycle analytics.
