Senior Consultant – Commercial Architecture (Remote)

About the role

Veeva’s Commercial Architecture team helps life‑science clients maximise their investment in the Veeva Commercial Cloud suite. As a Senior Consultant you will advise senior stakeholders, design solutions and ensure best‑practice configuration of Veeva applications across global commercial architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Lead meetings with senior management, translating complex technical architectures into clear business language.
• Collaborate with technical resources to turn high‑level concepts into detailed technical designs.
• Develop high‑quality assessments, health checks and commercial architecture designs for Veeva solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and support recruitment efforts.
• Drive project delivery, wearing any hat needed to ensure customer success.

Required profile

• 5+ years of consulting, architecture or data experience within life‑science organisations.
• Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Self‑starter able to lead colleagues and customers through complexity to achieve results.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Required skills

• Veeva CRM (mandatory) and other Veeva Commercial Cloud applications such as Vault Promomats, Vault MedComms, CRM Events, Network, Align, OpenData.
• Data‑warehousing, ETL, SQL, Force.com, web services, integrations, batch CSV integrations and user authentication.
• Experience with complementary platforms (IQVIA, SAP, CVENT) is a plus.
