Senior Consultant – People Solutions

About the role

Lockton is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead service delivery for major client accounts within its People Solutions practice. Based in one of our UK offices (London, Manchester, Bristol or Edinburgh), you will drive client retention, revenue growth and support new business initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor for multiline clients, ensuring high‑level retention and satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to manage difficult client situations and communicate complex messages.
• Lead client delivery teams, providing guidance, training and oversight of deliverables.
• Grow long‑term revenue through renewal income and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Represent Lockton to major carriers and maintain strong relationships with providers.
• Support senior leadership in proposition development and stay abreast of market trends.

Required profile

• CII qualifications GR1 & IF7 (certification preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in risk and healthcare markets.
• Proven stakeholder management and a track record of revenue growth.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and leadership abilities.
