Senior Consultant Securities Financing

About the role

Broadridge is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead advisory and implementation projects for its Securities Financing (SFCM) platform, primarily serving clients in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will help clients launch and optimise their Securities Borrowing & Lending (SBL) businesses from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end advisory, project management and business analysis for Broadridge SFCM implementations.
• Assess current front‑to‑back processes and design Target Operating Models (TOMs) for greenfield SBL initiatives.
• Gather, document and translate business requirements into functional SFCM solutions.
• Configure the platform across trade lifecycle, collateral management and regulatory reporting.
• Support testing phases (SIT/UAT), manage Go‑Live readiness and oversee post‑implementation stabilisation.
• Engage senior client stakeholders across business, operations and IT functions.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• 6‑10+ years of experience in securities financing, including SBL, repo or collateral management.
• Proven project delivery or consulting experience with strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting greenfield market‑setup initiatives is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with KSA or broader Middle‑East financial markets and regulations is desirable.

Required skills

• Hands‑on knowledge of Broadridge SFCM or comparable platforms such as Equilend or Pirum.
• Understanding of end‑to‑end securities finance workflows.
• Project management and business analysis capabilities.
