Senior Consultant – Transformation & Advisory

About the role

Definia is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to shape complex transformation programmes and advisory engagements. You will work directly with senior client stakeholders, influence strategic decisions and enjoy a high degree of autonomy in a hybrid London‑based role.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex transformation projects and programmes across diverse client environments.
• Provide structure, clarity and direction to challenging initiatives, ensuring successful change adoption and governance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives while maintaining accountability for programme success, commercial performance and client outcomes.
• Contribute to proposition development and help define the firm’s advisory and transformation service offering.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consulting, transformation, programme delivery or advisory roles.
• Track record of leading large‑scale, strategic client engagements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including executive and C‑suite interaction.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, high‑pressure or fast‑changing environments.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent facilitation, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Confidence to challenge constructively and influence decision‑making.
