Senior Content Designer – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Content Designer to shape the voice and tone of our digital products. Working within a hybrid model, you will collaborate with product, risk, legal and branding teams to create clear, accessible content that helps our 28 million customers achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities

• Write, edit and maintain copy for apps, websites and other digital touchpoints.
• Apply research and user insights to craft people‑focused language.
• Partner with product teams to define success metrics for content.
• Ensure consistency of messaging across topics and channels.
• Provide guidance and share expertise to influence overall design decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience as a UX writer, conversation designer or content designer.
• Experience in a complex, preferably financial‑services, environment.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work in a busy multidisciplinary team.
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback from internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Strong command of written English with an ability to adapt tone for multiple brand voices.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards for digital content.
• Familiarity with agile working practices.
