Senior Corporate Business Development Manager

About the role

This senior, client‑facing position sits within the fastest‑growing division of a global payments leader. You will drive new corporate business, advise clients on currency volatility and FX strategy, and help expand IFX’s corporate offering worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, cold‑call and network to generate qualified leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Develop and execute strategic market plans, conduct competitive analysis and keep abreast of industry trends.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring contractual terms are met and supporting client onboarding.
• Manage weekly, monthly and annual sales targets, maintain CRM records and report on KPIs and pipeline health.
• Conduct regulatory due diligence and stay updated on compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the FX or international payments market.
• Strong understanding of currency markets, hedging facilities and cross‑border payments.
• Consultative sales approach with ability to manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to closure.
• Self‑motivated, competitive and able to perform under pressure.
