Senior Corporate Solicitor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Solicitor to join our Corporate and Commercial department in Farnborough. You will work on complex corporate transactions, advising clients on share sales, restructurings and a range of governance matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage share sales, purchases, mergers and acquisitions, and business disposals.
• Assist with corporate restructurings, group reorganisations and governance updates.
• Draft and review transactional documents such as SPAs, disclosure letters and due‑diligence reports.
• Prepare and negotiate shareholder, LLP and constitutional agreements.
• Support employee share schemes and company option arrangements.
• Oversee legal due‑diligence processes and post‑completion requirements.
• Advise clients, particularly in financial services and accountancy, on corporate and governance issues.

Required profile

• 5+ years post‑qualification experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Strong technical drafting ability with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive, solution‑focused mindset and collaborative working style.

• Technical drafting of corporate transaction documents.
