Senior Corporate Tax Advisor – Fully Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CTA‑qualified professional to join a specialist tax advisory firm on a fully remote basis. The role focuses on delivering high‑level corporate tax advice rather than routine compliance work.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advisory support on corporate restructurings, reorganisations and M&A transactions.
• Develop group and shareholder tax planning strategies.
• Advise on capital allowances, corporate reliefs and international cross‑border tax matters.
• Handle complex technical queries and design bespoke tax planning solutions.
• Collaborate with business owners, finance teams and external advisers.

Required profile

• CTA qualification with significant UK corporate tax experience.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to explain complex tax issues clearly.
• Desire to remain focused on technical advisory work rather than a traditional partnership track.
