Senior Corporate Tax Advisor – Remote

About the role

This fully remote senior position offers a pure advisory focus for a CTA‑qualified corporate tax professional. You will work on a variety of high‑value corporate transactions and restructuring projects, free from routine compliance deadlines and business‑development pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical tax advice on corporate reorganisations, de‑mergers, management buy‑outs, share schemes and tax clearances.
• Support clients with EIS/SEIS structuring and related tax reliefs.
• Analyse complex tax implications of restructuring projects and propose optimal solutions.
• Deliver high‑quality advisory reports and liaise with client finance teams.

Required profile

• CTA qualification or equivalent corporate tax expertise.
• Proven experience in advisory work on corporate transactions.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to technical detail.
• Desire to work remotely with excellent self‑management.
