Senior Creative Marketing Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Creative Marketing Lead to own the creative marketing function across a portfolio of entertainment and live‑experience brands. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Paid Media team, you will develop standout campaigns that build audiences and sell out events.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative strategy and concept development for multiple brands and campaigns.
• Create high‑performing short‑form content for TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms.
• Produce social‑first creative designed to drive engagement and ticket sales.
• Collaborate with Paid Media teams to maximise paid social performance.
• Manage and mentor a junior creative team member.
• Work with external creators, designers and production partners.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and campaign development.
• Use insights and trends to continuously improve creative output.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in creative marketing, content or campaign‑focused roles.
• Background in entertainment, events, music, nightlife, festivals or similar sectors.
• Proven track record of producing high‑performing, viral content.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and short‑form content dynamics.
• Knowledge of how creative influences paid social performance.
• Experience managing content production from idea through delivery.
