Senior Creative Producer

About the role

The Senior Creative Producer will lead the production and execution of in‑house campaigns and brand projects, helping to grow Jaded London’s digital presence and online community. Working closely with the Head of Brand, you will coordinate all aspects of shoots, from budgeting to logistics, and ensure seamless collaboration across the social and creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Produce all in‑house campaigns and oversee external shoots, including location scouting, booking, and travel arrangements.
• Manage budgets up to £50K, maintain budget sheets and ensure spend stays within agreed limits.
• Create production schedules, call sheets, and documentation for each project.
• Lead on‑site shoot days, keeping timelines, coordinating lighting, props, and talent.
• Support the collaborations and partnership manager with pop‑up store production and ad‑hoc tasks.
• Communicate with photographers, videographers, stylists and other external creators.
• Oversee junior team members and manage risk assessments and insurance agreements.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience delivering shoots with budgets of £50K or more.
• Impeccable organisational skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills to act as a brand ambassador on set.
• Flexibility to adapt to fast‑moving social media calendars.
