Senior Creative Project Manager

About the role

Echo House is seeking a Senior Creative Project Manager to lead client accounts and oversee the full lifecycle of creative projects, from brief to delivery. You will act as the primary conduit between clients and internal teams, ensuring high‑quality output within tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, interpret briefs, and develop commercial opportunities.
• Coordinate design, artworking, print, fabrication, logistics and installation teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Lead creative direction and visual merchandising for retail and experiential brand activations.
• Quote projects, maintain budgets, and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Oversee a hub of project managers, coordinators and administrators, driving best‑practice project management.
• Analyse data, prepare work orders in the internal MIS system, and produce installation briefs for bespoke jobs.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in creative project management within design or production environments.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Proven leadership ability to manage and develop a team of project professionals.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management and MIS software for work‑order creation and tracking.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills for data analysis, budgeting and quoting.
• Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
• Data‑entry accuracy and ability to prepare detailed installation briefs.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising and creative direction processes.
