Senior Credit Control Analyst – FMCG

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to lead our credit control function within a leading premium beverage company operating in the FMCG sector. You will ensure timely collection of outstanding payments, analyse credit risk and support financial planning.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the end‑to‑end credit control process.
• Analyse customer accounts to identify credit risks and recommend mitigation actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment history.
• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and performance metrics.
• Support the development and implementation of credit policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to credit management.
• Provide insights for financial planning and forecasting activities.

Required profile

• Proficiency in accounting and finance principles with a focus on credit control.
• Strong analytical skills to assess credit risks and payment patterns.
• Experience using financial management systems and tools.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining financial records.
• Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of the FMCG industry is advantageous.
• Problem‑solving ability to address billing and payment issues promptly.
