Key responsibilities

• Define and optimise credit risk strategies across evolving lending products.
• Perform SQL‑driven analysis to extract insights from complex behavioural datasets.
• Develop and refine affordability and risk policies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement and scale strategies.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement across the lending portfolio.
• Contribute to the development of new products and credit capabilities.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience in credit risk analytics or strategy within consumer lending.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategy.
• Advanced SQL skills, with Python as a desirable addition.
• Experience with unsecured lending products such as personal loans or credit cards.
• Ability to structure complex problems and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• FinTech experience is a plus.
