Senior CRM Campaign Strategist (Braze) – FinTech

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior CRM Campaign Strategist to lead the delivery of a major customer engagement programme for a UK financial services organisation. Working closely with CRM, Marketing, Product, Data and Customer teams, you will design and execute highly targeted, personalised campaigns using Braze to drive engagement among premium and high‑net‑worth customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver CRM campaign strategies aligned with business and customer objectives.
• Build, deploy and optimise campaigns and customer journeys within Braze, including Canvases, workflows and audience segmentation.
• Design and manage automated lifecycle communications and test‑and‑learn frameworks such as A/B testing.
• Analyse performance data and customer insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with data, marketing, product and operations teams to ensure successful delivery and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a CRM Campaign Manager or similar, with hands‑on expertise in Braze.
• Background in Financial Services, Wealth Management or another regulated environment, preferably working with premium or high‑net‑worth segments.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate commercial objectives into measurable CRM outcomes.
