Senior Customer Success Consultant

About the role

Cint is looking for a Senior Customer Success Consultant to help our survey sample buyers maximise the value of our ResTech platform. You will build strong relationships, guide users through complex marketplace dynamics, and act as a trusted advisor to drive adoption and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and train new and existing customers on how to use Cint’s platform effectively.
• Advocate for customer needs across internal teams, especially Product.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and the New Business team to support commercial growth and mitigate churn.
• Analyse usage trends and performance metrics to provide data‑driven insights.
• Help triage and resolve inbound escalations in partnership with Support.

Required profile

• Proven customer‑facing experience managing multiple complex workstreams under tight deadlines.
• Strong internal and external relationship management, client presentation, and quantitative data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present to senior stakeholders.
• Disciplined, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and process‑oriented work ethic.
• Track record of driving client growth through renewals, upsells, and revenue targets.
