Senior D365 CE Developer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Systems Developer to lead the design, development and delivery of business‑critical solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem. The role is hands‑on and will involve shaping architecture, ensuring scalability and security, and collaborating with both internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain integrations between business applications using .NET, C#, Power Platform components, APIs and SQL‑based tools.
• Build and enhance enterprise application and data integration solutions to improve performance, reliability and data quality.
• Identify automation and process‑optimisation opportunities across systems.
• Establish and promote best practices for development and integration, ensuring maintainable and scalable solutions.
• Monitor integrations and system processes, proactively resolve issues and implement preventative measures.
• Investigate incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and deliver long‑term fixes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third‑party suppliers to deliver robust technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Significant experience developing enterprise solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Proven ability to lead technical design and mentor development teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on delivering secure, scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to work with business users, technical teams and external partners.
