Senior Data Analyst - Ex-Forces Programme

About the role

FDM Group is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join its Ex‑Forces Programme. This role is designed for former military, reservists, blue‑light personnel or their spouses who have experience in analytical or technical data work and wish to transition into a civilian data and analytics career.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver large‑scale data and analytics projects for clients across multiple sectors.
• Develop business intelligence solutions, data models, and data‑engineering pipelines.
• Apply automation and machine‑learning techniques to solve business problems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Support clients in modern data platforms and tools to unlock business value.

Required profile

• UK service leaver, veteran, reservist, former blue‑light personnel or eligible military spouse.
• Background in intelligence, signals, cyber, information systems, engineering, operational planning, logistics or similar technical trades.
• Demonstrable experience analysing data, producing reports and supporting decision‑making.
• No university degree required.
