Senior Data Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly collaborative Senior Data Analyst to join a multi‑national cruise and tour operating company on a temporary basis. The role will deliver high‑quality reporting, analytics and business intelligence solutions while working closely with stakeholders in London and Prague.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and data assets.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver meaningful analytics solutions.
• Transform complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making.
• Ensure quality, integrity, governance and security of data assets and reporting solutions.
• Support knowledge sharing and contribute to a collaborative, high‑performing team environment.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting, analytics and data‑management practices.

Required profile

• Advanced Power BI development and reporting expertise.
• Strong experience in data modelling, analytics and business reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship‑management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand business requirements.
• Exceptional communication skills, translating technical concepts into executive‑level insights.
• Proven experience delivering high‑quality analytics solutions in a collaborative environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
