Senior Data Analyst

About the role

This senior data analyst position sits at the heart of a fast‑growing technology business in the advertising and media sector. You will combine hands‑on advanced analytics with leadership responsibilities, influencing commercial decisions and campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of advanced data analysis across client and commercial projects.
• Work with diverse datasets, including campaign, financial, customer and sales data.
• Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior analysts and help build a dedicated analytics team over time.
• Own project delivery, balancing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Contribute to improving analytical standards and best‑practice processes across the team.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to embed data‑driven decision‑making throughout the organisation.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience in data analytics, preferably within advertising or media.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
