About the role

This senior data analyst position is based in London on a hybrid basis and offers the chance to lead a small, high‑impact analytics team. You will combine hands‑on analysis with strategic leadership to shape data‑driven decision‑making across a fast‑growing, technology‑focused organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts while remaining actively involved in advanced analytics projects.
• Design, develop and deliver sophisticated data analyses that inform commercial decisions.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business challenges into data‑driven solutions.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring high‑quality outputs and timely delivery.
• Support the creation of data products, automation tools and scalable data pipelines.
• Champion best practices in data quality, modelling, governance and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven commercial experience in data analysis within a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead analytics projects and deliver measurable business impact.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a structured problem‑solving approach.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Python (or a comparable programming language) for data analysis.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Solid understanding of data modelling techniques.
• Experience with data cleansing and enrichment processes.
• Comfort working with large and complex datasets.
