Senior Data & Insights Manager

About the role

Join a leading entertainment business as a Senior Data & Insights Manager, driving a data‑first culture across the Marketing function. You will own self‑service reporting platforms, translate complex business challenges into measurable outcomes, and empower stakeholders to make data‑informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic data initiatives and develop insight platforms for Marketing.
• Own and maintain self‑service reporting solutions, ensuring data quality and accessibility.
• Collaborate with marketing, agency, legal and data teams to define and execute first‑party data strategies.
• Champion data governance, data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement of analytics processes.
• Upskill business users, turning them into confident consumers of data and insights.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in data, analytics, reporting or insights.
• Strong background in marketing and media analytics.
• Advanced Tableau expertise (essential).
• Experience with Snowflake, Datorama, APIs and first‑party data strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; SQL knowledge is a plus.
