Senior Data Scientist – Experimentation & Causal Inference

About the role
This high‑impact position joins a newly formed team that uses causal inference and experimentation to drive smarter commercial and product decisions. You will work in a collaborative, research‑led environment within a global, data‑driven organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead deep‑dive analysis on experimentation, including cannibalisation and value decomposition.
- Apply causal inference techniques to identify true impact and drivers of change.
- Evaluate experiments using counterfactual and off‑policy approaches.
- Build simulation tools to assess experiments before launch.
- Partner with product and commercial teams to shape strategy.
Required profile
- Strong experience in experimentation and causal inference.
- Background in Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Solid grounding in econometrics and A/B testing.
- Experience with counterfactual analysis or simulation methods.
