• Develop AI/ML and Generative AI / LLM models from proof‑of‑concept to production‑level, including thorough evaluation and documentation.
• Write patents and academic papers targeting top‑tier AI conferences and journals.
• Define, create, and maintain actionable insights using data science and statistical analysis to support business decisions.
• Evaluate solutions, produce supporting documentation, and ensure accurate decision‑supporting information.
• Collaborate with colleagues and subject‑matter experts to obtain data and domain knowledge for advanced analytics.
• Continuously grow skills across AI/ML and GenAI while increasing business acumen.
• Stay up‑to‑date with AI/GenAI advances, technology innovations, and banking industry trends, sharing findings and promoting AI tool adoption.
• Proactively solve problems with strong ownership and urgency.
• Demonstrate leadership by taking initiative, driving progress through teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
